A Female professor is nominated to the coordinator of the network due to her leadership of international activities and national organizations such as a Vice president of International Academy of CIO and project overseer of APEC (Asia and Pacific Economic Cooperation) on smart Silver Innovation project.

This project aimed to help identify appropriate digital solutions to address the issues of the urban society by ICT and to focus on the "Smart Innovation" including ICT applications, emerging technologies and digital Inclusion.

These activities will improve the digital literacy of the weak persons such as women, and encourage their participation in the digital economy.

Furthermore, the sharing of knowledge of each stakeholder through the recommendations, workshops and reports that will be produced by the project is expected to encourage and accelerate the efforts of each stakeholder including the women to increase DX activities.
